Please consider the following when defining the support case priority:

Critical priority support issues include:

  • Website outages which leave SiteExecutive completely unavailable in any fashion
  • Authentication failures which may prevent users from accessing the system
  • All or most of your SiteExecutive content is unavailable

High priority support issues include:

  • Time-sensitive issues
  • Errors that cause highly-visible disruption to the SiteExecutive site or rendered pages
  • SiteExecutive outages for which a workaround exists
  • Authentication failures which may prevent users from accessing the system, for which a workaround exists

Medium priority support issues do not have a strict deadline for resolution and do not severely impact the access and use of SiteExecutive.
